Irakli Burdiladze – is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JSC SB Real Estate and Deputy CEO of Bank of Georgia.
Prior to joining Bank of Georgia Group Irakli Burdiladze served as a Chief Financial Officer of GMT Group, a US owned real estate developer and investor in Georgia, with over $80 million in capital invested across 5 portfolio companies. The group has sponsored several projects in Georgia such as renovation of the former hotel Tbilisi into the full service, luxury Tbilisi Marriott Hotel, construction of the Tbilisi Courtyard by Marriott Hotel and first-ever Class A office premises in Georgia. At GMT Group, Irakli Burdiladze was responsible for Group’s capital raising efforts and transaction structuring as well as the daily financial management of GMT portfolio companies. Irakli Burdiladze has received a graduate degree in International Economics and International Relations from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, D.C.
Giorgi NadareishviliGiorgi Nadareishvili is the CEO of JSC SB Real Estate.
Prior to joining SB Real Estate, Giorgi Nadareishvili worked in the United States as a Project Manager at Klacken Corporation, a Staten Island, NY based real estate developer. In his capacity of Project Manager, Giorgi Nadareishvili supervised several development projects in the United States, worked intensively with construction companies, architects and New York City building department. In addition he was responsible for property sales. Giorgi Nadareishvili holds a degree in International Relations from Tbilisi Institute of Foreign Languages.
