JSC “SB Real Estate” was established by the JSC “Bank of Georgia” in 2006. The company stands strong on the real estate market of Georgia,most of ita attributable to the highly qualified management team.
Company’s business lines:
From the very first day, the company has attracted foreign investments over USD 10 mln from the outstanding financial institutions, such as “Israeli Karit Investment Group” and “Cairo’s Eurasian Fund”.
Currently, the company is wholly owned by the JSC Bank of Georgia.
